American travel technology company Expedia Group have inked a deal with UEFA to become the official travel partner of UEFA Champions League for three seasons.
The deal will grant the Group’s online portal brands Expedia and Hotels.com exposure across the stadiums during the European club football’s flagship tournament for three seasons spanning 2018-19 to 2020-21.
The deal also covers the rights to UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Youth League finals and the UEFA Futsal Champions League finals.
Expedia will join Santander as a new partner for the 2018-21 UEFA Champions League cycle, and the agreement will complete the 2018-21 UEFA Champions League sponsorship sales process. The global sponsorship rights sales for all UEFA club competition sponsorship rights are being handled by TEAM Marketing AG.
